I attended Kate Sleeman Acupuncture after months of back pain and sciatica. After three sessions I was pain free. This has allowed me to move forward and join classes to maintain my fitness.I also had an itchy rash on my lower back which was also treated and now cleared. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough.

I have been coming to Kate for TCM acupuncture for over 6 months, and to say it has been beneficial is an understatement. Kate’s treatments have changed completely my overall well-being so drastically. It is unlike anything I have tried. Acupuncture works immediately for stress and low mood, but it also helps me long-term by increasing my energy levels and positive spirit; she even helped me recover from lung problems after having COVID. Kate is such a lovely, positive, warm and caring person, which really enhances the sessions. I cannot imagine going to another acupuncturist – it simply would not be the same experience. Kate has recently started offering Reiki. After only one session, it felt amazing and extremely relaxing. The session was really powerful, and it was very helpful for balancing my energy. Reiki is a great combination with acupuncture, particularly because they both focus on restoring/balancing the qi/ki. I cannot recommend Kate enough!
